What is the size of your Galvanizing Bath?

Our Large Bath can dip a maximum length of 7 metres, however, we have the capability to double-dip, allowing us to galvanise up to 12 metres.
The full dimensions of our baths are: 7m by 1.5m by 2.8m 

Can you collect & deliver my goods?

Yes, we offer a collection and delivery service. To keep transport costs at a minimum for our customers, all our vehicles (40-tonne tractor and trailer units, and 18-tonne rigids) operate set routes throughout the working week, operating a multi-drop system on a known regular working day.

How long will it take to Galvanize my goods?

We can offer a 24-hour turnaround! For more information on this service, please contact us.
Our standard turnaround can vary between 2-4 Days.

What quality standards do you meet?

Regular testing is carried out to ensure the required thickness of coating conforms to the British Standard; BS EN ISO 1461:2009.
Certification is available on request.

How can I prepare my material for galvanizing?

Correct drainage and venting holes will need to be included within your fabrication process, please see our Technical and Advisory Page or feel free to contact us with any questions.


How long will Galvanized goods stay rust-free?

The life expectancy of galvanized coatings is in excess of 50 years in many rural environments. In severe urban and coastal environments, galvanizing will still give you in excess of 20 years.

Can you Powder Coat or Wet Spray paint goods after Galvanizing?

Yes! In fact, we are a first choice approved applicator of AKZONOBEL paints and powders.
